Overview

The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and ensuring visual consistency across all marketing channels. Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation:

Project Management:

Event Support

Event Coordination: Assist the Marketing Specialist with event planning and logistics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience with WordPress is an asset.

Route Supervisor – Tractor Trailer

Duties and Responsibilities

A Route Supervisor with U-Pak is responsible for a wide variety of tasks. To perform this role successfully, you must be able to manage multiple duties within the following key areas. Other responsibilities may be assigned as required:

Employee Management

– Set and monitor productivity, service and safety targets for each route and driver
– Plan, distribute, monitor and follow-up daily route assignments to ensure customers are serviced to company standards and agreements

Administrative

Duties and Responsibilities

The Duties below include but are not limited to the following:

– Perform daily pre & post-trip inspections of assigned equipment. Document condition and submit the Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR)
– Drives the front-end truck or rear-load truck along designated commercial routes to collect solid waste and transport to the landfill or transfer station for disposal.
– Open container enclosures or gates to access bins. When needed, roll 4 yard bins and/or 96 gallon totes into position for dumping
– Safely operate vehicle in accordance with U-Pak rules, Ministry of Transportation requirements on commercial designated routes adhering to Occupational Health & Safety regulations and all local, provincial and federal laws at all times

Supervisor – Heavy Equipment Mechanic

2 Shifts Available

Shift #1 – Morning shift – 6am to 3pm – Monday to Friday

Shift #2 – Afternoon shift – 3pm to 11:30pm – Monday to Friday

Salary Range

Must Have

– 310T License
– Up-to-Date Diagnostic Skills (After Treatment, Computer Software, JPro, TechTool, etc.)
– 2 Years Proven Supervisor Experience
– 5 Years Heavy Equipment Hydraulic Experience
– Waste Industry Experience Required

Duties and Responsibilities

– Supervise a team of mechanics and mechanic apprentices
– Help teach and guide other technicians while performing diagnostics and repairs
– Work in a fast-paced environment while troubleshooting equipment issues
– Plan and schedule work orders to align with shop priorities and preventative maintenance programs
– Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade
– Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues
– Point of Contact for drivers and administration with respect to equipment issues and issue resolution
